Unlike many trainers in their 20s and 30s, I’m proud to say I turned 60 this spring. With age comes perspective, and I’ve seen enough of the fitness industry to know the difference between quick fixes and real, lasting results. Too many so-called gurus rely on shortcuts that break the body down over time. My focus has always been different: building strength, mobility, and health you can sustain for life.
I’ve lived and breathed fitness for over 40 years. In my 20s, I competed as a bodybuilder. When life blessed me with triplets, I shifted gears to raise a family and build a successful business. Three years ago, after a 30-year break, I stepped back on stage and proved to myself that it’s never too late to chase your goals. Now, at 60, I’ve returned to my first love — fitness and bodybuilding— with more passion and perspective than ever.
I know the challenges because I’ve lived them. I’ve battled injuries, managed chronic pain, and felt the weight stress can put on both body and mind. That’s why I see the gym as more than a place to train — it’s a sanctuary for building strength, resilience, and peace of mind.
As one of the best personal trainers, my mission is simple: to help you unlock your potential, push past limits, and build a body you’re proud of. Through my coaching services, you’ll gain more than strength — you’ll gain confidence, energy, and a new outlook on life. With a focus on weight training and life coaching principles, I ensure that you achieve sustainable results. At 60, I’m stronger and healthier than ever — and I’ll help you get there too.
